I hope everyone had a great New Years! We still have lots of events and weddings to share from Fall 2016 but here is a little recap of some of the highlights from the year! Thank you to all of my amazing clients, nothing is possible with out you!
Sometimes I am lucky enough to get asked to photograph a newborn. These sessions can be a challenge because well, it’s a newborn and let’s be honest- They call the shots! This precious Santa Baby was patient and adorable as could be!
I’m excited to show the highlights from this session, Welcome Baby Brynn! Brynn arrived just before Thanksgiving and I got to meet her shortly after with her amazing family.
And, being that it’s the week of Christmas I thought this would be a very timely post!
One of the first words that comes to mind when I think about the past year is : WOW!
What a year it has been! ENP had it’s best year yet, I got to work with so many amazing clients many of whom I won’t ever forget! I was just going through all of the photos I took over the past year and it’s hard to pick favorites but I think I’ve managed to come up with a decent recap of some of my best. So here it is, the ENP year in pictures for 2015! Enjoy.
Hey there! Well, you know the saying ‘First comes love, then comes marriage…” Well, times are changing! Personally my very soon to be husband and I did things a little backwards. We purchased our first home a whole 3 years before we decided to get engaged. Many young couples now purchase fixer-upper homes and use the renovation process as a test to their relationship. It’s a huge step! But, even still many of us are traditional and wait to buy the home after marriage. Whatever your choice is, take a look at this sweet little kitchen renovation I had the privilege to photograph. My photography portfolio is made up almost exclusively of people. I used this delightful opportunity to test out my architectural and detail photography skills…
What do you think? Maybe your planning a kitchen remodel or your planning your wedding- either way I hope this was inspiring!
One of the last weddings of 2014 that I photographed took place just before Christmas. This bride and groom had a winter wonderland fairytale wedding, with out the snow. The day started elegantly at St. Peter’s Church on Capitol Hill. The bride was of Russian background and many of the traditional wedding day events took place throughout the day.
After the ceremony the father of the bride gave the couple 2 doves which symbolized the bride and groom and they were released outside the church.
The entire wedding party traveled to The Yards Park where we braved the cold for portraits.
The reception was held at H St. Country Club, which was a first for the establishment. Everyone kicked back and had a great time at the reception in this unique space.
Stay tuned as I look back on other amazingly fun weddings from 2014!
Christmas 2014 was wonderful in the Nizborski-Spencer Household. Steve and I hosted my Dad at our house yesterday. We enjoyed listening to Christmas music all day along with each others company. Despite the warm weather we were experiencing in the DC area, we ended the evening with a festive fire.
After a busy and productive year for me, I am finally enjoying some down time with my family and friends. Frequent content packed posts will start after the New Year! Stay tuned…
